After recently revealing Project B to the world, Korean developer Barunson E&A followed up with the announcement of Project EX. The studio behind this game, NXGames, was actually bought over by Barunson E&A earlier this year. Crafted using Unreal Engine 4, Project EX is a mobile game which fuses the elements of strategic battles and action RPG into one.
According to both the old and new gameplay videos, it seems Project EX is pretty similar to the Kingdom Under Fire series, though with some twists of its own. Touted by Barunson E&A as a “next generation mobile game”, NXGames also previously received a grant from the Unreal Dev Grant for the excellence shown in presenting the power of Unreal Engine 4.
